Heatherbrook Apartment Homes is located at 112 Tawakoni Trail in East Tawakoni  We are on Highway 276 mid-way between Quinlan and Emory.  All of our units are SMOKE FREE and include the following amenities:

Fully equipped kitchens with electric range, microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal

The monthly rate for a one bedroom - one bath 747 sf unit is $750 per month plus electricity and the security deposit is $500.

The monthly rate for a two bedroom - one bath 870 sf unit is $875 per month plus electricity and the security deposit is $500.

The initial lease term for all units is twelve months.  Trash pickup, water, and sewer are included. 

The complex is pet friendly and our furry residents have plenty of grass area for their daily walks.  We have a two pet limit, a 25 pound weight limit, and prohibit pit bull or pit bull mix breeds.  The pet deposit is $250 per dog and $100 per cat.
